Position Summary

Oversee the implementation of FLPPS Workforce Programs and provide support for Partner engagement and participation in programs. Coordinate Partner and trainee education, develop workflows including outreach, recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training, and implement performance management tools to facilitate cross-agency collaborations and partnerships and drive achievement of goals and objectives. Under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager, achieve targeted results through coordinated and collaborative efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience of workforce development, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of workforce trends to effectively support workforce programs.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement and manage programs
  • Manage support of Partners through virtual / site-visits, meetings, and consistent communication to assist organizations with the implementation of programs at an operational level.
  • Support the implementation of programs by providing project management support, workflow design and process documentation, meeting facilitation, and other services
  • Maintain templates and tools to track project progress and achievement of contract metrics, drive decision making, and facilitate communication with partners and FLPPS team. Tools may include status reports, dashboards, issue tracking and resolution lists, databases, distribution lists, and meeting facilitation materials.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program and / or project status throughout its life cycle.
  • Verify and monitor performance outcomes to ensure they are being met
  • Develop and maintain appropriate program documentation.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with community and all Partners.
  • Collaborate with FLPPS leadership and subject matter experts on development of necessary Partner education (e.g. webinars, workshops, etc.)
  • Develop Partner education materials in a standardized and timely fashion
  • Relay feedback and questions from Partners to internal teams (learning & development, analytics, care management, finance, and IT) in a timely manner and ensure they get addressed and communicated back to the Partner within a reasonable and expected time frame.
  • Provide timely information, including any issues, updates, and follow-up to FLPPS Leadership.
